This F-16B was delivered to MacDill's 61st TFTS in 1981 and remained there until 1990, when it moved to the 107th TFS of the Michigan ANG. In 1994, it was transferred to the 148th FS of the Arizona ANG, where it stayed for just 27 months. In January 1997, the aircraft was placed into storage at AMARG.
