A long trip: the 5:20 train from Leeuwarden to Roermond and an hours bicycle ride to Brüggen. At 9:00 at last we arrived at the air base to watch the tens of Jaguars flying in and out.

In the early eighties 4 Jaguar squadrons were based at RAFG Brüggen, 14 Sqn was one of them. XX750 crashed a few months after this picture was taken, on 7 feb 1984
