Crashed into Loch Doon after putting a wing tip in the water during a training flight from RAF Ayr on 25th October 1941 and killing its pilot. Salvaged in 1982 and rebuilt with a set of replica wings.

Built at Castle Bromwich in 08.40. Served 66, 609, 266 and 312 Squadrons. Crashed into Loch Doon, Wigtownshire when low flying on 25.10.41 and left on site. Wing sections, engine and other large components recovered by the museum in 1991 and the aircraft has been immaculately recreated wearing 312 (Czech) Squadron markings.
