To TACA as YS-06C in 1976 then to Galaxy Airlines as N188LC in 1985 and Aero Transporte SA as OB-M1328 in 1988. Reregistered as OB-1328 in 1989. To LAMA Colombia as HK-3642X in 1991 then to Transapel Colombia as HK-3706X in 1992. Reregistered as HK-3706 in 1994. To Mex-Jet as XA-AEG in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Panama City-Tocumen by 2013. Still there in 2024.

This was caused by an improperly closed air start access door, but the crew suspected engine trouble and tried to return to the airport. Because of this the crew reduced power and the plane was not able to maintain sufficient airspeed and stalled.
