Parked at its base, Palmer Municipal, Alaska. Fitted with a rebuilt Wright R-1820 radial engine and further modified by Steward Davis Inc. Registered to Glenn Air Inc. Substantially damaged on 21 August 1998, when a wing spray boom contacted a high standing crop while landing on a local farm strip and the aircraft pivoted. Exported to Panama in 1999.
