Completely destroyed in a take-off crash at Blackbush in the UK a few months later. The only clue is an unexplained engine pitch change which is thought to have been a distraction at a critical moment in thick fog. I've always wondered if the fluid spill under the right engine, indicated by absorbent on the tarmac, has anything to do with it.
