Written off in 2009 when flying for Ultra Helicopters, as a result of an in-flight engine fire while carrying out water bucket operations on a forest wildfire near Easterville, Manitoba. The pilot made an emergency landing at the ground staging area at Easterville, where the two occupants evacuated safely but the helicopter was completely burnt out.
