On 22 July 2023 the aircraft suffered a nosewheel tire failure as it was about to takeoff from Marumba Airfield (USI/SYMB) Barima-Waini. The nine occupants were not injured.

This Caravan crashed at Matthews Ridge Airport (MWJ), Guyana on 15th July 2013. The cn remains a mystery, I feel pretty bad for not checking the cn, it would have been an easy question to ask here at the tiny airstrip in Lethem.
