Operated by 849 Sqdn HQ Flt. Originally the first T.2 WN365, then operated by the Indonesian Navy for a year as AS-14 and converted to T.5 status as G-APYO, registered February 1960. To XT752 in August 1966. Retired as the Royal Navy's last operational Gannet in 1978 and sold to the Polar Air Museum as N752XT. Had an interesting history after the museum closed and was up for for sale from New Richmond, WI in December 2020.

Written off 11th April 1974 when the aircraft made a heavy landing at Leeming, North Yorkshire during a simulated flame-out and was declared a write off. Remains to Leeming fire dump by June 1975. Donated/loaned To North East Aircraft Museum, Usworth, Sunderland in 1976. To Foulness Island during 1979 and presumed scrapped in the early 1980s.
