Modified to represent ED932 of 617 Squadron with cut-out bomb bay and mock "bouncing bomb" for filming of the "Dambusters" movie.

1935-built DH.60G-III Moth Major at the Coventry Air Show in 1954. The aircraft was unfortunately written-off in a crash at Rickmansworth, Herts, on 22nd March 1958.

Armstrong-Siddeley's Mamba turboprop test bed displaying at the 1954 Coventry airshow from its base at nearby Bitteswell. The Mamba, in double form, powered the Fairey Gannet. A/c later re-engined with P&W's and served in the Caribbean and USA until the late 1990's.

The Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire jet engine test bed performs for the crowd using only its two outer motors, the inner Merlins being shut down. This is believed to have been the last Lancastrian to survive in service. No example of the type survives.

The prototype Hurel-Dubois HD-31 fitted with high-aspect ratio wings and twin fins. The later HD-34 had a single fin.

The last of 12,780 Hurricanes to be completed in July 1944. Retained by Hawker and registered G-AMAU in May 1950. Named "The Last of the Many" and finished in dark blue. Donated to the RAF's BBMF in December 1972, reverting to its original serial PZ865, and current as such by 2018.

Two-seat light biplane designed for a 1924 competition. This was the second of two built and first flew with a 1100 cc Anzani engine. Restored postwar and flew until approx 1962. It was donated to the RAF Museum in 1972.
