This Bird Dog was built in 1952 to a 1951 USAF order and allocated the serial 51-12134. This was later represented as 0-12134 when the aircraft became more than 10 years old. This aircraft is thought to have gone to the Royal Thai Air Force, and from there to Australia. It was registered in Australia on 15 January 1997 and is currently, appropriately, VH-FAC(5).

Originally N64115 and re-registered in Australia as VH-APW(3) on 9 August 1978.

This old Cessna 180 has been around a bit. It was originally N7892A, then CF-JHU (later C-FJHU), then N8956Q before being registered VH-MTF(5) on 14 May 2010. She looks better than new!

This Karatoo has a pretty unusual background, having been originally registered with RAAus as 28-1937. On 16 December 1998 it was re-registered on the main Register as VH-TAO(4), remaining as such until 24 April 2003 when it became 28-1964.

This Chippie has had a long and convoluted history. It was originally built for the RAF as WB616, then civilianised in the UK as G-AOSC. In 1957 it was imported by the Latrobe Valley Aero Club and appropriately registered VH-MOE(1) on 17 April that year. A year later it was sold to the Goulburn Aero Club, who re-registered it VH-GAH on 13 June 1961. The following year it was sold to the RACSA who re-registered it VH-BWM(2) on 24 August 1962. And another year later again it was sold to a private owner and re-registered VH-UEU(1) on 1 November 1963.

This lovely 1960-model Cessna 180 was registered new in Australia on 22 November 1960. It was withdrawn from use on 18 September 1964 (just before I was born!), but restored on 1 May 1970.

This 1969 Aztec D was originally registered N6961Y, which was probably a 'trade plate' as it was re-registered in Australia as VH-CUW on 19 November 1969.

This 1977 Mooney Ranger was originally registered N3543H (possibly a 'trade plate'). It was re-registered in Australia as VH-UWW(2) on 24 November 1977. Note: there was no VH-UWW(1).

This attractive Rotec-powered Celebrity was registered with RAAus on 1 September 2010.

Built in the USA in 1991, registered N24AH. Re-registered in Australia as VH-XYA(2) on 9 November 2011.
