Records show A6631 served less than six months and is unlikely to have left France but the photo is not at a typical operational aerodrome. Maybe the factory. . On May 1, 1917 A6631 struck an obstacle on takeoff. The pilot was able to complete the mission in the damaged aircraft but it appears to have been written off on return.
