This was how XK911 had returned after its visit to the Glastonbury festival. The friendly Whirlwind had become a monstrous carnivorous helicopter ;-)

Thought this would be a nice festive touch for Christmas 2020 as a thankyou to the "Crew" and all of the contributing photographers. Aircraft is really XF300, then G-BZPC. The real WB188 was at RAF Melksham(12 School of Technical Training) as a gate guard during the late 50's until the closure of the station in 1964. Neat touch with a red light in the tailpipe! Royal Navy maintenance serial 'A2603.' ex Chipping Sodbury. Left in June to be used as an art installation in "Trash City" at the Glastonbury festival. Returned briefly, then to the "Mutoid Waste Co." in Greater London. Last seen at their Deptford base circa 2017, but since reported seen at the 2023 Glastonbury festival.

2 FTS colours. Ex Chipping Sodbury, arrived March 2009. Departed May 2009 to a paintball park near Kettering. Was advertised for sale on an auction site. Last heard of at Irthington Metals scrapyard circa 2019(?)

This really is the former G-BZPC and XF300. No longer current at this location having moved to Kent in August 2017.
