Built in early 1976, this PC-6 first went to Peru as 316 / OB-1146 to fly with the Fuerza Aerea del Peru - TANS. Between August 1995 and July 1998, it was registered as N4113F to Styles Aviation Inc. before being bought by the Seventh Day Adventist Church. SDA sent it to Papua Province in Indonesia, from where it flies since September 1998. Based at the small, SDA owned airstrip some 5 miles west of Sentani airport.
