After I-ROBS, I-TRGT is the 2nd AW169 operated by AirGreen and only had some 25 flight hours when pictured here returning to the HEMS base in Alessandria, where it was temporarly stationed. An AW139 is scheduled to take it's place in early 2025, and I-TRGT (built in 2024) will then mostlikely move to a new HEMS base in Sarzana/La Spezia. Four italian helicopter operators (AirGreen, Avincis, Elifriaulia and Alidaunia) share among them the contracts to maintain Italy's 40+ HEMS bases, operating a variaty of helicopters such as AW139, AW169, EC135, H145 and a few A109's.

Built in 2016, I-ROBS is currently the only AW169 operated by AirGreen, which also has six HEMS AW139 in it's inventory. Being quite large and expensive to maintain and operate, it seems that the AW139 are gradually being replaced by the AW169 and the H145 (EC145) in the italian HEMS market.

Pictured on a well equipped HEMS base called "118 e Base Elisoccorso" near the italian city of Alexandria (Alessandria) in the Piemont Region, I-GREE is one of some 40 dedicated EMS helicopters based throughout Italy. Most EMS helicopters in Italy now have some sort of a yellow/red livery, while I-GREE still keeps the typical Air Green paint scheme, along with sistership I-ASAR.
