This Hoplite was originally intended to become RA-14261 but instead was registered to Pol-Miedź Trans in December 1998. The helicopter transferred over to KGHM Polska Miedź in October 2000 after the company was renamed (KGHM is a Polish multinational mining corporation and a major global producer of copper and silver). Unfortunately this museum of rescue vehicles is now closed but the collection's helicopters are now on the grounds of the hotel & restaurant complex next door (visible in the background).

This Mi-2 was built in 1979 and entered service with the emergency service flying medical, rescue and public sanitation flights around Krakow. In the mid-1990s it was upgraded to Plus standard and after 1997 started flying with the Aviation Resuscitation Team. In 2000 some consolidation took place and the helicopter came under the LRP banner. It was retired in 2011 and came to this museum in 2020.

Unfortunately this museum of rescue vehicles is now closed but the collection's helicopters are now accessible on the grounds of the hotel & restaurant complex next door.
