One of three Pegasus trainers during a weekend stop at Saint George Regional airport in southwest Utah, this one dedicated to a VT-35 XO (Executive Officer). It had arrived on Friday from its home base NAS Corpus Christi (TX) via a stop in Santa Fe (NM) and touch & go at Flagstaff (AZ) - a ten hour trip altogether.

On the nose is an image of Tweety, saying "I tot I taw a putty tat", and the related name of the jet: Dick's Little Bird. The 22nd Air Refuelling Squadron badge is most likely a tribute.
