It was derelict west of the international airport in a beer garden, together with RDPL-34127. That one is still there but 119 moved a couple of years ago to another place.

During a short stop in Laos I only had time for a night visit to the Army museum, that was obviously closed. Nowadays, they have sun sheds to shelter the exhibits.
