Candillargues is home to the Vertical Flight Experience aerobatic team.

This PA-28 veered off Rwy 12R at Montpellier - Méditerranée and crashed into a fence on 3 May 2024. The National Aero Club of the Electricians and Gas Workers sounds old-wordly but it still exists.

It looks a bit like a mini Stuka don't you think. Behind the Emeraude is Michel Colomban's MC 210 Monobi F-PLNA.

The DR380 Prince was an upmarket model of the Robin DR300, powered by a 180-hp Lycoming engine. This was the first production airframe to this standard back in the summer of '69.

Built in 2004 and operated by the Aéroclub de Camargue. The club's other three DR400s are F-GGXD, F-BUPS, and F-BXEQ which is the one with red and burgundy trim on the left.

Built in 1973. One of four DR400s operated by the Aéroclub de Camargue.

Built in 1991. Ex F-GKVX and EC-FLE. As F-GRBG it belonged to the fleet of the Aéroclub de Nîmes - Courbessac. Reg cancelled in 2010 by which time the aircraft was derelict here at Candillargues. Apparently it is being restored.

The newest aircraft of the Aéroclub de Camargue, built at Namur - Temploux in Belgium.

Built in 2007. Previously flown by Belgian operator Heli Support, based at a heliport in Antwerpen - Kiel (EBAK) which closed, at Antwerp (EBAW) since 2018, and then at Maastricht (EHBK) since 2021. Although it seems to have found a new home here in the deep south of France, N69WY was cancelled on 18 November 2024 as 'exported to Belgium'.

Built in 1974. There were more agricultural aircraft in the next hangar but I was asked not to take photos there.
