Just delivered to Orange, this Mirage 2000C was only painted with the EC2/5 code, but lacked markings on the tail. EC1/5 transitioned from Mirage F1C to Mirage 2000B/C in mid-1989. 58 was modified to Mirage 2000-5F and is still (2021) operational within the French Air Force.

Taken from a Transall C-160 NG. This aircraft was wearing at this time the Fighter Squadron "Vendée" markings (EC 01-005). Written off during a tragic accident which occured on 10th of March 2003, in Reims- Champagne during a mid air collision with another Mirage F1B. The two Mirage F1 were part of "Votige Victor" team. Unfortunately both pilots lost their lives.
