Delivered new to All Nippon as JA8510 19th Feb 1975 (as a series 1) and registered to Boeing Equipment Holding as N764BE 30th Apr 1985. Converted to series 50 an leased to Total Air May 1985, then re-registered N703TT June 1985. Re-branded as Air America Nov 1986 and registered to Air Transat as C-GTSZ 6th Nov 1989

It was a little slow lining up and then used a lot of runway before becoming airborne resulting in an inbound Southwest B737 having to go around. I took a photo of that too. This Tristar was acquired in Jul 84 ex Delta Air Lines N701DA. Total Air was founded in 1984 and renamed Air America in Nov 86. It ceased operations circa 1990. But by Jul 87 this Tristar had gone to American Trans Air as N195AT. It was retired in 2003.

Originally JA8510 with All Nippon Airways. It was part exchanged with Boeing and re-reg N764BE. Leased to Total Air as such Jun 84. Re-reg N703TT Jul 85. The airline was re-named Air America Nov 86. To Air Transat Dec 89 as C-GTSZ. Retired Oct 2004. Broken up circa May 2007.
