Ex 42-100578 and N61725. Sold by Audi Air to California Air Tours, ditched in Wrangell Narrows after taking off from Petersburg AK. on 26th June 1989 whilst on its ferry flight to its new home. The wreck was recovered and stored at Petersburg Airport for several years and although there was a plan to restore and display the aircraft at Juneau no progress was made by 2007. Current status of the aircraft is uncertain.

Later to California Air Tours and ditched just after departure from Petersburg AK on 21 Jun 1989. This is the narrative from ASN: "Climbing through 200-300 feet after takeoff a portion of the right aileron fabric separated. Then the pilot's control wheel became free. Although the mechanic in the right seat told him that his controls were functioning normally, the pilot disagreed and he ditched the aircraft."

Audi Air operated in Alaska from 1974 to 1989 when it was sold by the owner, Walt Audi.
