Taiga is a new airline being set up in the Russian Far East that will consolidate some existing operators and fly the DHC-6, DHC-8 and A319. This is the second to emerge from the paint shop after C-GVDH/986 in September.

The two Taiga Air Twin Otters have slightly different color schemes depicting increasingly distant mountain ridges disappearing into the distance. My interpretation of the spiky symbol is that it represents a cross-section through an evergreen tree twig. Lastly, there is the silhouette of a bear discreetly placed on the fuselage of this one.
