I have seen this quoted as both c/n 310K-0169 and 310K-0136. In service since the late 1980s and operated by the Grupo Aeronaval de Propósitos Generales (GAPROGEN) from Asunción, Silvio Pettirossi (SGAS/ASU). No longer current.

Although a landlocked country, much of Paraguay's southern border is formed by the Paraguay and Parana rivers which are patrolled and secured by the Paraguayan Navy. Two HB350Bs were delivered in 1985. The other, (H-501) was written off in February 2012.

In 1997 this former Chilean (H-63) Hiller was said to be still operational with the Paraguayan Navy.

This unique Paraguayan Navy Sioux was parked rather awkward in the hangar, cramped and backlit. But luckily, I at least had the presence of mind to at least spend one slide on it!

Ex LV-AZJ. In service since 1996 with the Grupo Aeronaval de Propósitos Generales (GAPROGEN) , to ZP-BFX by December 2015.

Delivered to the USAAF as 42-93545 then to the RAF as KG652 in 1944. Registered as NC95488 in 1947 then to the Argentine Navy as 0278 in 1948. To the Paraguay Navy as T-26 in 1979. Withdrawn from use at Ñu Guazú in 1981. Still there in 2007.
