Air Sea HB-IMU 1976, Atlas Aircraft Corp N847TA 1980. P.N. Abulo XB-CSE 1981, reregistered XA-RYV 1990, Aero Cedros 1994. Withdrawn Ensenada 2004. To avoid a battery start an ancient Magirus ground power unit is still connected as #2 comes to life. The customs officer is retreating on his bicycle.

Served with Air-Sea Service from Switserland as HB-IMU until Sep 1980, and seen here still in their colours with titles, but with the Swiss Cross on the tail painted out. At the time of this photo the Convair was in storage at Miami under the ownership of Atlas Aircraft Corporation. It was sold to a Mexican operator May 81 as XB-CSE. Operated as XA-RYV with AeroCedros until the late 1990s, but broken up in the early 2000s.

Lovely line-up of propliners. Behind are Convairs from Aero B Venezuela and LAGE. The Air-Sea Convair served with them as HB-IMU, having been sold to Altas Corp in Sep 1980 and stored at Miami, still in Air-Sea colours. Sold to Mexico in May 1981 and seen still in service in the late 1990s with AeroCedros at Ensenada as XA-RYV. Wfu and scrapped in the early 2000s.
