This Lockheed was leased from Pelita Air Service and was operating for Heavylift Cargo Airlines. Its first flight was in 1979. Unfortunately it was destroyed beyond repair 0.5 km off Hong Kong Kong Kai Tak International Airport whilst departing for Jakarta. 23th Sept. 1994.
