Parked in Bay 2 at Prestwick's Main Terminal. Delivered new to Pacific Western in 1978 as the only stretched version in the airline's Hercules fleet. Sold to Northwest Territorial Airways in 1982. Joined Bradley Air Services in 1998, quickly transferring to First Air. Became ZS-OPS of FlySafair in 2015. Bought by Lynden Air Cargo in 2022 as N411LC

This Lynden Cargo L-100, originally delivered to SAfair as ZS-JVL in 1976, is departing for Cairns. It has been with Lynden since 2005.

This Hercules crashed on take-off Kelly AFB,Tx on Oct 04th, 1986.

Seen at Basel Mulhouse just after it was acquired by Zimex Aviation whose titles are in the process of being applied. This Hercules was delivered to Safair as ZS-JVM in November 1976, to Air Botswana as A2-ACA in October 1979. Was destroyed following a suspected surface to air missile attack while operating a Red Cross relief flight at Cuito, Angola 14 October 1987. Photographer unknown

This 1978 built Hercules was the 1st "civilian" L-100-30 delivered to the TNI-AU. It was initially assigned to Skadron Udara 31 based at Halim and around the year 2000 transferred to VIP Skadron Udara 17, also based at Halim. SkU 17 is tasked with supporting the transport of Government officials and operates another C-130H-30 serialled A-1341 (c/n 4870) in the same paint scheme. Some five Boeing 737's of different versions are also assigned to Sku 17, while the AS-332 helicopters previously operated by the squadron as well have been assigned to newly established Skadron Udara 45 around 2010.

About to land on Runway 23 at Glasgow. Built in 1985 as N4281M. Joined Southern Air Transport in 1988. Became N898QR in 1989. Began operations with the Prescott Support Company as N3755P in 2006, initially registered to Atlanta Air Services Leasing Llc of Missoula, Montana, transferring from 2010 to APA Leasing Inc. of Eureka, Montana. Possibly operated on US Government business.
