Aircraft is painted to represent a C-121C military transport aircraft and is on display at the AMC Museum at Dover AFB. The aircraft never served in any military role, and its last civilian registration was N1005C, when it flew for Capitol International Airways. Retired in 1967, it was converted to a cocktail lounge in Penndel, PA. It was disassembled and donated to the AMC Museum in 1997. Its fake military serial number 40315 (54-0315) is not a C-121 serial, but was assigned to a Northrop F-89H Scorpion fighter aircraft. This photo is copyright © Ralph M.
