Assembled at Coventry-Baginton by Executive Air Engineering and registered to them as G-AVVF in 1967. The latest avionics equipment was installed for Martin Baker and it was delivered to them in 1968. It was cancelled from the register as permanently withdrawn from use in 1991 and scrapped at Gloucester-Staverton.
