A rare Dove, seen in dreadful weather. This aircraft was acquired by Jim & Doug Franklin in 1988 and restored to flying condition, using parts of N4024B c/n 04329. It made its first post-restoration flight on 18 Jul 1994, and was based at Chilliwack. It was last seen flying in Aug 1999, and appears to have been stored at Chilliwack ever since.
