This is an ex RNZAF aircraft NZ1485 and was ZK-DAM before coming to Australia in 1986. It was loaned to the Fleet Air Arm Museum and painted to represent Australian navy aircraft A17-692. The real A17-692 is at the RAAF Museum Point Cook with the civil rego VH-AWA. VH-NVT later repainted in its correct RNZAF markings. Crashed into the sea off Fraser Island, Queensland.
