Delivered to American Airlines as N5042 in 1966. To National Aircraft Leasing as N112NA then back to N5042 in 1974. Leased to Austral in 1976/7. To Rashid Engineering as HZ-NIR in 1979 then to Jarallah Inc as HZ-MAJ in 1983. To Jetline International as P4-CBH in 2001 then to Jetex-MIA Airlines in 2004.
