Originally delivered to Pan American as N403PA "Clipper Goodwill" in February 1965, it was acquired in June 1978 by THY Türk Hava Yolları - Turkish Airlines whose basic livery it was still wearing when photographed. In December 1985 it was re-registered N5519V to ATASCO, a Panamanian aircraft broker and leasing company, and in January 1986 flown to Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ., where it was parted out for spares to support the operation of the USAF KC-135/C-135 fleet. Its hulk was moved to the co-located HVF West yard for scrapping March 2013.
