Built for the US Navy as F4U-7 Corsair 133704. Later supplied to the Aeronavale as 704. Returned to the USA and restored as a USMC ''AU-1 129359" code LD-10 for display in the USS Alabama memorial. Badly damaged by hurricane "Katrina" on 29 August 2005 and moved to San Diego for restoration and display.
