Delivered to RAAF Richmond in January 2000. Deployed to Indonesia in 2002 and the Middle East in 2003. The wing centre section was damaged by a crane during an engine change at some stage and the aircraft was parked at Richmond and used for parts pending a decision on depot level repair.
