Two DH.89M 'bombers' ordered by Lithuania were delivered through Schiphol in 1937. Serial 701 is readable on the aircraft on the right; 702 is on the left. Both machines were captured by the Russians, then by the Germans and are believed to have been used by the Luftwaffe on communications duties.
