Black Talon to Vegas Tower: 'Holding short Rwy 01L, ready to go.' Vegas Tower: 'Black Talon, right now you are number 16 for take off, look to the left, all those airliners are waiting in sequence.' Things can get very busy on a Friday afternoon at LAS, especially if there a strong northerly winds and only Rwy 01R and 01L are in use, with only the occasional landing on Rwy 25L.
