Originally delivered to Ghana Airways as 9G-ABX January 1, 1971, this 748 was purchased by Eastern Provincial Airways March 30, 1981 and registered C-GEPB. In January 1982, EPA set up Air Maritime as a separate division to operate their 748's. Pictured stored in Toronto after EPA's merger with CP Air and the 748's were withdrawn. C-GEPB went to Calm Air in Manitoba in June 1987, later converted to a pure freighter with a large cargo door and removal of the cabin windows.
