The second DC-10 to be built, first flying in 1.71 as N101AA and later N10DC - both registrations also used by the prototype. To Laker as G-BELO 6.77, ATA in 2.83 and Cal Air as G-GCAL in 2.86. Underwent conversion to hospital ship in 1991 and became well-known as the Project Orbis aircraft N220AU, now retired to the Pima collection This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
