This Nord was only with Golden Gate for a matter of days, and had lost the titles by the month after photo. She was the first N.262 in the US, joining Lake Central from new in 8.65 as N26201; after Allegheny merger sold to BC (PW) Airlines as CF-BCU in 3.70. Reverting to the US reg in 2.72 with Ransome, she went to Swift Aire as N411SA in 10.79, back to Ransome 6.82 and Pocono 1.86 (both Allegheny Commuter). Pocono suspended ops in 1.90 and the Nord went into store at Wilkes-Barre, PA; no longer extant This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
