This is the penultimate Dash 7 built, delivered to London City Airways in 6.88 and sold by BMA to Berjaya Air as 9M-TAL in 11.95 - I got to shoot it again at Subang, KL in June 2002 a couple of days before the airport closed for scheduled traffic.
