The Super Catalina STC replaced R-1830 engines with R-2600s which required a larger distinctive angular tail as seen here. This luxury private barge also includes rear stair, modified blister windows and what looks like weather radar on the right wing. Spot of engine trouble here judging by the removed cowlings.
