PWA's 1980 built B737 combi parked on the GA ramp so probably a Distant Early Warning (DEW-Line) resupply flight. Still in operation with Canadian North at time of upload and as someone pointed out, having the gravel kit is what saves these old birds from the scrap-man's axe.
