Originally a C-131E and allocated USAF serial 57-2549, but not delivered and went to the FAA as N102 then N92 as an airways calibration aircraft. Became N80995 in 2004 then cancelled on export to Canada. (According to the Joe Baugher website, this and its sister ships were not legally considered as Convair products, but actually certified by Allison Prop Jet Conversions and Pacific Airmotive. This explains why they were not usable commercially after retirement and any civil registrations were for ferry purposes such as here.)
