Another rare French transport, which began life as the Max Holste MH-260 in 1959, powered by Turbomeca Bastan IV turboprops (predecessor of the Astazou). Although only 10 were completed, the 260 went on to be developed into the 262 of which some 111 were built. This 260 remained flyable with Assoc. Antelope at Montpelier till 2010 but by 2012 was stored with tail removed This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
