Famously retrieved from Loch Ness in 1985, when I took this shot of 'R Robert' I dedicated it to my 94-year old uncle that flew Wellingtons with 218 Sqdn in WWII. While on a raid over Hamburg in March 1941 aboard R1448, he was wounded during an attack by two Me110 night-fighters.
