This helicopter is one of the first six helicopters which arrived April 1953. It was used by the RNoAF until 1968 and was modified from a Bell 47D-1 to a Bell 47G during its military service. It carried the codes KK-P/BE-A/JT-O depending on which unit it was allocated to (333 Skv/Helicopter Support Wing/720 Skv). It was then sold to A/S Helilift at Hamar, and registered as LN-ORW in 1972. Operationally this helicopter was used until 1977. As a result of a trade, the helicopter again became military, now on the hands of the Norwegian Museum of Defence.
