Ex United Airlines and TransBrazil this aircraft operated with Evergreen from 1987 to 1994. It was sold in Democratic Republic of the Congo as 9Q-CPJ, and was damaged beyond repair when it skidded of a wet runway at Kindu Airport on 31st October 2005..
