Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N254US in 1968. Renamed Northwest Airlines in 1986. To Pan Am in 1988 and reregistered as N386PA in 1989. To Zuliana as YV-466C in 1992 then to Islena Aviation as HK-3871X in 1994 and to Aerocar in 1995. To Mahfooz Aviation as C5-SMM in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Addis Ababa in 2004. Last noted in 2007.
