Delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8312 in 1966. To Dan-Air London as G-BAEF in 1972. Leased to Royal Nepal Airlines as 9N-ABV from 1984 to 1985, ACES Colombia as HK-3384X from 1987 to 1988 and SAM Colombia as HK-3599X from 1990 to 1992. To Aeron Aviation as HR-ALZ in 1992 and Aero Republica as HK-3840X in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Bogota by 2001 and scrapped in 2005.
